4.3.1 You must not artificially inflate or manipulate click counts, impressions, or engagement relating to any listing, advertisement, or content.
4.3.2 This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) repeated manual clicking or page refreshing;
(b) automated systems or scripts;
(c) encouraging or incentivising others to engage in such activity.
4.4 Monitoring and Investigation
4.4.1 We reserve the right to monitor activity on the Platform and investigate any suspected misuse, including fraud or click manipulation.
4.4.2 You agree to provide reasonable assistance in connection with any such investigation.
4.5 Changes to the Platform
4.5.1 We may, at any time and without prior notice:
(a) modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform;
(b) restrict or limit access to any features or services.
4.5.2 We shall not be liable for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Platform.
4.6 Suspension and Termination
4.6.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, your account, or any associated services where:
(a) you breach these Conditions;
(b) you use the Platform in an inappropriate, abusive, or unreasonable manner;
(c) you fail to pay any applicable charges;
(d) we are unable to provide the Platform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or external disruptions;
(e) you become subject to insolvency, bankruptcy, administration, or similar proceedings.
4.7 Outstanding Obligations
Termination or suspension of your account does not affect any obligation to pay outstanding charges or fees owed to us.
5. User Content and Material
5.1 Submission of Content
5.1.1 The Chai Pe Charcha Websites may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”).
5.1.2 By submitting User Content, you acknowledge that such content may be publicly visible and accessible to other users and third parties.

5.2.3 This licence continues for as long as the User Content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter where necessary for operational or legal purposes.
5.3 Ownership of Content
5.3.1 You retain ownership of your User Content.
5.3.2 Nothing in these Conditions transfers ownership of your intellectual property to us.
5.4 User Warranties
By submitting User Content, you confirm and warrant that:
(a) you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it;
(b) the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
(c) the content is not defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
(d) the content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party;
(e) the content does not promote illegal activity or discrimination;
(f) the content does not contain viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
(g) where content promotes a business or service, you clearly disclose any relevant affiliation;
(h) the content does not damage or risk damaging our reputation or the operation of the Platform;
(i) the content complies with any applicable advertising or content standards.
5.5 No Obligation to Publish
We are under no obligation to publish, display, or maintain any User Content submitted to the Platform.
5.6 Content Moderation and Removal
5.6.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
(a) review, remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Content;
(b) restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform in relation to any content;
(c) take any action we consider appropriate where content breaches these Conditions or may expose us to legal or reputational risk.
5.6.2 We may take such action with or without prior notice.
5.7 Attribution and Communication
5.7.1 Where appropriate, we may display your name or identifier alongside your User Content.
5.7.2 We may contact you in relation to your content for administrative, verification, or compliance purposes.
5.8 Third-Party Content Disclaimer
5.8.1 We do not routinely pre-screen or verify User Content submitted by users.
5.8.2 Any opinions, reviews, or content posted by users are those of the individual author and do not represent our views.
5.9 Notice and Takedown
5.9.1 We operate a notice and takedown procedure for User Content.
5.9.2 If you believe that any content on the Platform is unlawful or breaches these Conditions, you may notify us.
5.9.3 We will review such notifications and may remove content where appropriate within a reasonable timeframe.
5.10 Refusal to Grant Licence
If you do not wish to grant the licence set out in this section, you must not submit any User Content to the Platform.
